Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address and name, to sign you in and contact you about the Service.
Your activity in the Service: questions you ask the tutor, quiz answers, simulation transcripts and scores, so the Service can track your progress and improve.
Technical data: IP address, browser, timestamps, for security and rate limiting.

What we do not want

We do not want protected health information. Do not enter data about real patients. We may automatically screen and discard inputs that look like patient data.

AI providers

Text you submit to the tutor and simulator is sent to AI model providers (currently Anthropic for language models and Voyage AI for search embeddings) to generate responses. We use their business terms that do not train models on your data.

Email

Sign-in links and service emails are sent through Mailgun.

Retention

Learning activity is kept while your account is active so your progress persists. Model request logs are kept for up to 18 months for safety review, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data and to opt out of certain processing. Write to [email protected].

We use only the session cookie needed to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
